Victoria House is one of the most reputable providers of Residential, Transitional and Respite care for the elderly in the South West of Leeds. Our care home is a key member of the Leeds Care Association, which is affiliated to the National Care Homes Association.
We endeavour, where possible, to support the individual in their participation in the local community, whether this be attendance at the local church, maintenance of their GP links or trips out to the seaside.
We have a dedicated, experienced and very caring team. Most of the senior staff have been with us since we opened. All our staff are selected not just for their professional skills but because they have a genuine interest in the welfare of others and are able to relate to older people.
All our staff undergo a Criminal Records Bureau check, complete a three-month induction programme and many either hold NVQ qualifications in Care or are currently under instruction.
