Victoria Home Care is a family owned Domiciliary Home Care company. The company which started in 1998 with the opening of Victoria House Residential Home, has since expanded and is now able to offer the additional Domiciliary Home Care services.
We are well regarded as a reliable, caring organisation, delivering the highest standards of care in the community. Victoria Home Care is able to offer services to clients in the Leeds and Wakefield areas.
We are accredited by The Care Quality Commission, which is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. They aim to make sure better care is provided for everyone, whether that’s in hospital, in care homes, in people’s own homes, or elsewhere.
We provide fully trained and experienced carers to deliver personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.

We provide fully trained and experienced carers to deliver personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.
- The training must be accessible to all
- The learning environment must be positive
- The company objectives and legislative requirements must be met
- Where possible any learning will be referenced to accredited training
The above services are provided by our fully trained home carers, making visits at agreed times to meet the needs and requirements of our clients. Visits can vary in length of time and one or more visits can be made throughout the day from one day to seven days a week.
Before we commence the service, an assessment will be made and a Care Plan produced. This includes personal circumstances, care needs and next of kin details.
This enables clients to continue their daily routines in their own homes and help retain their independence. Our clients can be anyone over the age of 18.
All our carers must pass an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check, a Protection of Vulnerable Adults check and provide two satisfactory references before they commence employment.
If you would like to discuss your care needs, please contact your social worker who can then refer you to one of our Care Managers. We are also able to provide privately funded care.
